One-Hour Consultation
A one-hour consultation with Behavioral Risk & Justice Systems provides focused, professional consultation regarding behavioral risk analysis, justice-system dynamics, case-review strategy, systems-level concerns, and related interdisciplinary issues. Consultations are designed to assist individuals, organizations, attorneys, researchers, and professionals seeking analytical insight, structured feedback, or strategic discussion related to behavioral and justice-system matters.
Sessions may include case-analysis discussion, behavioral pattern assessment, systems evaluation, risk-factor review, documentation analysis, or consultation regarding institutional and procedural concerns. All consultations are educational and consultative in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, legal representation, medical services, or crisis intervention.
Consultations are conducted remotely and scheduled in advance. Additional services, written analyses, or follow-up consultations may be arranged separately based on client needs and project scope.

Tier 3, Complex/Federal Case Mitigation, is intended for serious felony and federal matters and includes extensive records review, multi-factor trauma narrative development, sentencing memorandum structuring support, multiple attorney strategy calls, and revisions prior to sentencing, with optional court preparation consultation provided in an advisory capacity only. This tier is positioned as high-complexity, high-stakes mitigation consulting work.

The toolkit includes documentation templates, an escalation checklist, an interview guide, and an advisory disclaimer to support organized, prevention-oriented practices. This entry-level package is intended to provide practical tools that can be immediately implemented within existing workflows.
The Professional Toolkit expands upon the Basic Toolkit by including all foundational materials along with a policy framework template, case review worksheet, and implementation guide.
